- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp Horseradish
- 2 tsp fresh Rosemary – chopped
- 2 each baguette – cut into 12” length, split
- 16 oz. roasted beef – thinly sliced
- 4 tomatoes – sliced
- 2 bunches arugula
Whisk mayo, horseradish and rosemary.
Spread top and bottom of bread with mayo mix.
Top with beef, tomatoes, and arugula.
Cut each into 2 pieces and serve.
